Martin works as a Senior Medical Officer in the emergency department of a busy metropolitan hospital, servicing a large community with diverse needs. He has been pivotal in the development of the emergency centre from a base facility to that of a competitive Base General Hospital with an output in excess of 36000 consultations per year. He has experience in Trauma, Triage, Sports Medicine and staff development.

Andrew has worked within the pre hospital emergency care industry in both civilian and military settings. His career has seen him work in busy cities and isolated rural areas of New Zealand and overseas. After practicing as a Paramedic for many years, Andrew has a corporate role with a District Health Board, providing guidance and management on emergency procedures in community and hospital environments. He is also responsible for monitoring quality of healthcare delivery.

Kathryn has considerable experience in community and population health areas. Kathryn is proactive in developing quality resources, innovative education and health promotion initiatives. She has strong skills in planning, co-ordination and evaluation of health projects. Kathryn has completed Journalism Studies, furthering her goal of communication excellence.
Kathryn is actively involved in promoting the growth of the company and assists with communication, business development and compliance issues as required.
